I survived last week (really the past 10 days), the illness took Greg and I down for about four days; Rowdy then got a strain of stomach virus and I nursed him back to health... I think I canfinally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Toot Toot
Last night I filmed the next two episodes of The Eat Clean Series in the new Life's Delicious!!! Studio Kitchen. I will post some pictures of the kitchen set soon. What an exciting time; I have dreamed of having a syndicated segment for a very, very long time and I really think the time has come. I am not an overly protective person, I take constructive critism very well- because, at the end of the day my goal is to bring you an entertaining, well thought out, well delivered message. So let'em fly! Let me know what you think of the set, the content, my delivery etc...
The second episode will air Monday, March 8 on both Midday Live and the remember Life's Delicious blog spot. Plus I will send out a reminder. There will be a segment every Monday from here on out.
